Service includes a hard wire reconnection a water line reconnection as well as a drain hose into the disposal. There are challenges or common complications that are not included in this pricing.

We will investigate a leak and advise customer of the solution, often we can provided the repair services at a proposed price.

We will replace a current disposal with a new one provided by owner ( or one in stock at a cost we paid for. If it is necessary to replace the drain or to install a switch this is not included.

We will install a ceiling fan provided by owner on an 8' high ceiling height where there is currently a junction box or a light fixture connected to a junction box. High ceiling have an extra cost.

We will remove the caulking between the tub or shower walls and the tub or floor tiles, then clean the corners and re-caulk using clear or white rubber silicone. Materials extra.
